The techs always get it it fixed right the first time. the cost is always in line with the repair that was done. All in all, they really deliver value. Based on all my experiences with East Bay Autohause I'm a customer for life.

East bay Autohaus is superb in service and excellence, they are friendly communicative about future work. They don’t pressure you to get work done, however they will educate you if you aren’t well versed in the care and specialized parts of European vehicles such as Mercedes Benz. And why certain work is a priority. I was very impressed at the overall quality of work and every single employee I came into contact with was professional and friendly. I would recommend 5/5 10/10 stars to anyone especially me being a woman, and the stigma behind how in some cases women feel taken advantage of in the automotive industry with pressure to have unnecessary work done. I feel confident in bringing my vehicle here again to be serviced.

Great prices

I had an issue with the front end of my wife's ML 350. I have been a long time customer of East Bay Autohaus but I had taken this car to two other independent Mercedes repair shops to correct this issue (because they were closer to my home). They had my car for over a month trying to fix this problem. They kept "replacing parts" but they could not fix the problem. I went to East Bay Autohaus to visit Ian and Tiffany. They were very welcoming and professional. We went for a test drive together so they could listen to and feel my complaint. They went to work and the next afternoon I got a phone call that the car was fixed. I test drove the car and sure enough, it was fixed. No parts replaced, just good old fashioned old school mechanic work. I love this place! I will never stray again... I am a customer of East Bay Autohaus for life!

The best service at a fair price

Great customer service! My check engine light came on and I needed my car repaired quickly because I had to attend a funeral. After calling several local shops East Bay Autohaus was the only shop that returned my call and repaired my car. I explained the situation to Natalie and I asked if at all possible would my car be ready in 24 hours. Natalie was hopeful but we both understood it was guaranteed. But East Bay Autohaus came through and had my car repaired exactly when I needed it!!!! I’m so grateful for honest and hardworking people!! You have a loyal customer for life! I appreciate all that you do!
