Antioch Mercedes Repair

Well it all started with the phone call. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. The front desk was great with arranging a schedule that fit my needs considering the overhaul I needed on the car. I received a full inspection, on these cars, you expect lots of long time damages adding up, but their response was honest based on my needs. I was even presented with an option of the outcome did not fit my expectations…. Loved it! So, now I am reviewing the photos and problems…. I must say, the good folks gave me enough information to make an well informative decision. Will I go back? , Do I trust them? , do they have great customer service? … HELL YEAH to all the above. and even offered me a cool drink on a hot day as I was leaving. Keep smiling and keep up the great work.

I had a recent problem with my ignition in my CLK. The ladies who work front desk are super friendly and helpful! They listened and helped best they could. I was able to bring my car in the day I called! I was so happy to find a legit Mercedes mechanic near me for repairs! Fair pricing compared to going to a dealership! Very knowledgeable. I ended up with another issue after my last repair and they took my car in right away as well! I love the invoice setup they send you with pictures and lots of detail to approve before work is done! This way you see and know what they are doing!

Came in from the street with a "new" car and knew i had some things to be done to it. East Bay Autohaus did a good and precise estimate and worked with me all the way to get things done in a timely manner. All is done and the car is happy.

We just bought a Mercedes ML500 from a friend that had a check engine light on . I looked up who works on these call cars close to me and the first one that popped up was East Bay. We contacted Tiffany on Monday and brought the vehicle to them for a diagnostic and she got back to me the same day. Fix the first major issue and kept it just to make sure nothing else major was an issues before we went to get it . Sure enough there was! We made contact before we left to get it and she was able to let us know what else was needed to make sure the vehicle running. Picked it up today and they even washed it. I will be coming here for all of my issues with my Mercedes ML500. Tiffany is the best in understanding our needs and very professional. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend them to anyone with a BMW or Mercedes!!!
