During this “Shelter in Place”, East Bay Autohaus is considered an “Essential Business” and will stay open. As a customer, you can legally leave your house to drop off a vehicle for service, however during this difficult period, we will encourage the use of the drop box out front for key drops, remote authorization and payments to minimize any personal contact. East Bay will sanitize the entire office, wear gloves when operating customers vehicles and take any and all necessary precautions to protect our customers and employees from COVID-19. Should an “in person” visit be absolutely necessary, minimal distance should be observed and absolutely no hand shakes please. Gloves will be supplied at no charge on the front counter along with hand sanitizer as requested.

Service was quick in my case. Diagnostic was provided and the repair was done. Customer service was good and have several options for an appointment during the COVID-19 season. The number of customers on entry is limited, provided a drop box for keys and customer contact information, you get to see your parts that were replaced and payment options can be on phone or in person at the locations. Overall, I had a positive experience!

Taking my Z4 to East Bay was a very good decision. They provided a real value. They completely went through the car & prioritized the repairs that need to be done. Tiffany at the service counter reviewed their findings and was knowledgeable on what & how the work would be done. She e-mailed me an estimate for approval before any work was started. Payment was all done through e-mail. East Bay's professionalism, courtesy, and quality of workmanship made me a very happy customer that will be coming back.

The car is all fixed and came back nice and clean

Did annual PM service plus change all drive belts and cabin filters. All parts were already on-hand. Vehicle was done on time as promised. Like always, the front office staff was courteous and helpful. Thank you Tiffany.
