I recently had the displeasure of dealing with a company that epitomized everything a business should not be: rude, dishonest, and utterly lacking in customer service. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of a “balding” nightmare.First and foremost, the rudeness displayed by the company's staff “Tiffany and Ian L” was astounding. Every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, was marked by condescension, dismissiveness, and outright hostility. It was as if they viewed customers not as valuable individuals to be served, but as annoyances to be brushed aside.Adding insult to injury, the company was not only rude but also deceitful. They consistently lied and made excuses for their abysmal level of customer service. Whether it was failing to deliver on promises, providing inaccurate information, or blaming external factors for their own shortcomings, they seemed incapable of owning up to their mistakes.But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of all was the behavior of the business owner. A hot-headed individual with a short fuse, they reacted to any criticism or complaint with unchecked anger and aggression. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional and respectful manner, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal abuse.In conclusion, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Their rude and dishonest behavior, coupled with the volatile temperament of the business owner, made for an utterly intolerable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to steer clear and find a more reputable and customer-friendly alternative.
First & foremost, you are NOT our customer, you have never been our customer or even received an estimate or ever been to our shop, you’re entire fabricated post is pure fiction, hate speech and racial profiling, your post is all because you believe an employee using her personal phone from her house that referred you to a dealer because of correct tools for the job was somehow discrimination towards you, yet at that time, she had no idea what color your skin was, what country you were from, language you spoke and what you even look like, that’s because none of those matter to her nor do they matter to East Bay Autohaus, your “slam East Bay Autohause“ on every social platform was a response to a text message sent to you by personal cell phone given you as a special privilege that referred you to the dealer, nothing more. We have never worked on your vehicle, did not and still don’t know you, or even quoted an estimate, she was most certainly not discriminating against you by referring you to the dealer, how could she, she had no idea who you were or where you’re from? You mention Ian which is me and said I was hot headed, yet I have never spoke to you, text you or communicated with you outside of these reviews, I also have no idea of your skin color or who you are. You say your experience was a nightmare, how can it be, you are not our customer, and you were simply referred to the dealer, I had no interaction with you at all, none. My question, why did you have 4 friends post fake 1 star posts on your behalf, is this like a vendetta against us because we referred you to the dealer? I am sorry you felt this way and apologize if this was the perception when you were referred to the dealer, I can assure you that was nobody’s intent, our biggest customer base is (POC’s), yet you believed this is a racial thing, this of course is very untrue, unfortunately sometimes sending someone to the dealer is the most cost effective way of helping a person, we do this very often, sometimes it’s related to warranty, other times they can better service the customer in question, in your case they were better equipped to handle what you asked, nothing more, no hidden agenda, nothing racial – period. Once again, even though all these reviews are getting removed as will this one, I sincerely do apologize for the misunderstanding.
