Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. When an adjacent issue occurred with the car after the repairs were made, they readily looked into it and repaired it. I was really impressed by the complete service at Autohaus.

East Bay Autohaus is an honest and knowledgeable independent Mercedes-Benz and other German car service and repair facility. They are reasonable in pricing and have taken great care of my 2011 Mercedes-Benz E 350 sport wagon. Also, the staff is great with customer service.

I left my 2010 Mercedes C 300 at East Bay Autohaus for two days to check some maintenance issues. Employees are polite and kind, and services are done in two days to my satisfaction. Mr. Ian Levvy, the owner of this service, even provided me UBER service for the transportation without charge. This is my last stop as far as Mercedes services are concerned and will not look further in the future.

Best experience I’ve ever had, fixed my problem in 2 days, great price, great service, phenomenal overall. Also cleaned the car for free & fixed small issues at no cost for me. Will definitely recommend everyone goes here, expertise in the german car industry is heavily needed in this area. So I’m glad I had a great experience here.

They just fixed my Mercedes turbo within a day or so. Great service and it’s looking good. Nice and friendly staff. Hopefully I won’t be back but if I have to get something done again, I will go here.
