I’ve been taking my Mercedes there for years and won’t go anywhere else… They know there stuff and are beyond through … The customer service that Tiffany brings to the table is excellent ! she rolls out the red carpet for her customers and you don’t find customer service like that anymore … She goes above and beyond for her customers and that combined with the quality and knowledge from the service team is a win win! We had an issue with something draining the battery on our ‘97 Mercedes. Another company had it for a month, replaced the battery and said that we just need to drive it more. East Bay stated that Mercedes requires a special battery so they replaced it, and we haven’t had an issue ever since. I would highly recommend them !!

Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. When an adjacent issue occurred with the car after the repairs were made, they readily looked into it and repaired it. I was really impressed by the complete service at Autohaus.

East Bay Autohaus is an honest and knowledgeable independent Mercedes-Benz and other German car service and repair facility. They are reasonable in pricing and have taken great care of my 2011 Mercedes-Benz E 350 sport wagon. Also, the staff is great with customer service.
