I’ve been looking for an independent Mercedes repair facility for my 2013 ML 350. I wasn’t impressed with the service from either of the local dealers. Fortunately I found East Bay Autohaus. Their prices are fair and they don’t try to sell you more than what you need. They patiently answered all my questions.

If I could possible ask for one more favour, could you also post a review on google and yelp, we just had a customer that we declined to work on her vehicle and she had all her friends and family 1 star us, working to have them removed, but any 5 star reviews would offset her fake ones. The customer service is second to none. The pricing is fair and service is high quality. The owner paid special attention to my needs which was surprising but welcomed. East Bay Autohaus is my repair center for life.

I just purchased my 3rd Merceds. They have been my mechanics since the 1st one. They are honest, trust worthy and not greedy. I highly recommend them to all my Benz driving friends.

I have taken my cars to the same shop for years but the owner retired and so I thought I would give the new owners an opportunity to continue my relationship with them. The diagnostic was so unbelievable that I needed a second opinion. I was referred to East Bay Autohaus and they completed a diagnostic on my car and examined the car with a fine tooth comb and found none of the items that the prior diagnostic had on their report. It is a pleasure to now have East Bay Autohaus as my new go-to since they are professional, honest, and qualified. I will refer everyone to this shop without hesitation. Thank you East Bay Autohaus!
