Well, let me tell ya. I was driving home and my Service A light came on in the dashboard. So right after I exit the tunnel I put Siri to work. Called up eastbayautohaus (EBAH) and left a message for an appointment to see the car doctor… Before you know it, I had a return call from that bizzy front desk. So, we arranged an appoint the very next day for 9:30am…. Me being the dedicated timely person arrived promptly, checked in with nurse who made me a cup of coffee and sent me up stairs to the waiting room. I then set up the laptop and did some work stuff and gained a few pounds because of that huge candy dish with chocolate…. As for my scheduling, all went well…. Once I arrived, I was treated like family and was not rushed or hurried…. The tone of the environment is relaxed and you can also see the car doctor and a few of his lab assistance up front as well…just incase you want to know how the procedure is going. However, the nurse is just as knowledgeable…
