I own and drive a 2009 Mercedes E-350 that I love and plan on keeping. I only purchased the car because I could get it serviced at East Bay Autohaus. I use to have a 2004 Chrysler crossfire which had all Mercedes running gear - i could of had that serviced at the local Chrysler dealer but soon discovered they had no idea what to do or how to properly service the car. I always have my cars serviced as scheduled and have always been extremely pleased with the service Autohaus has performed. Their service is equal or better than the dealer and more reasonable. Their customer service is also something I appreciate -always prompt and very curtsies.
