My check engine light came on and knew right away this meant hundreds of dollars in repair bills. Contacted Tiffany and dropped the car off for them to check it out. I checked for codes and when it said O2 system, I expected having to replace the converter and possibly two sensors. This would have been a couple thousand dollars. I heard back from Tiffany and she said the mechanic diagnosed the problem as a bad temperature sensor was the problem and it would run $500 to repair and clear all codes. My car was ready to go later that day and I saved a ton. I trust these guys. They are true professionals.

Service was quick in my case. Diagnostic was provided and the repair was done. Customer service was good and have several options for an appointment during the COVID-19 season. The number of customers on entry is limited, provided a drop box for keys and customer contact information, you get to see your parts that were replaced and payment options can be on phone or in person at the locations. Overall, I had a positive experience!

Taking my Z4 to East Bay was a very good decision. They provided a real value. They completely went through the car & prioritized the repairs that need to be done. Tiffany at the service counter reviewed their findings and was knowledgeable on what & how the work would be done. She e-mailed me an estimate for approval before any work was started. Payment was all done through e-mail. East Bay's professionalism, courtesy, and quality of workmanship made me a very happy customer that will be coming back.
