I sat down to wait and immediately got a an email stating service gad begun. It was a short wait and the tech top off my windshield washer fluid with remarks recommending correct tire pressures Great service!

Without exception, they've done excellent work and have met all schedule commitments. And now that my wife's E350 is out of warranty, East Bay Autohaus is our first stop for it as well.
