5 stars is not enough to describe my past experiences with East Bay Autohaus. Ian, Tiffany and the rest of the staff is top notch and has stayed consistent with going above and beyond with the highest level of customer service. Their expertise is second to none. They are not only the best at what they do, they truly care about their customers on a personal level, my son has a Mercedes Benz and during his last repair they notice an unrelated issue with the car that was a safety concern and they took care of it, knowing he was heading back to college soon and his safety was their top priority. Thank you Ian and Team for all you do!
