The East Bay Autohaus(EBA) is a real treasure I have only just discovered! Joe Melham diagnosed and fixed the power window go my 1977 450SLC while I waited . I could find no-one as knowledgeable as Joe was. I am going to try to persuade them to take on my 1958 because it is impossible to find mechanics who know about old cars. While I was waiting, several people came to drop off cars or pick cars up These were all late model ones and customers were uniformly happy and trusted EBA. Staff are friendly and helpful, waiting room spotless and welcoming. A really great overall experience

I'm new in the area and really love my S550, It's time again to have her serviced. Up until today i have never taken her to anyone else but Pleasanton MZB where I first purchased her. I searched the web to find a good repair shop and after reading multiple reviews I gave EAST BAY AUTOHAUS a shot. Always a great experience. Ian runs a great business model. Tiffany is the best at keeping everything moving in the right direction through what I call organized chaos. She is always very busy with calls and customers and always has a very caring, patient interaction with everyone. Joe has always been top notch with repairs and service. Granddaughter car just died, she is just short of her 17th birthday, so you know she freaked out. Took it to East Bay Autohaus, they went through the car and figured out the problem, fixed it. She got the car back and is happly driving around Oakley. The cost was very reasonable and fair.

Great customer service, really nice people who listen and explain in detail what needs to be done and they even washed my car after the service. I will continue to have them service my car and recommend any one else to do the same.
