My husband and I took our vehicle to East Bay Autohaus and we had a great experience. Their customer service was beyond incredible. Tiffany at the front desk was on top of it. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. She Uber'd me to and from home while the car was in the shop getting serviced. They also washed my vehicle prior to returning it back to me. Their prices are unbeatable and they are a very honest company. We will refer everyone we know to them. I have been coming to EB Autohaus since 2015 (when it was Obsidian Motors) it was also a great company. My first SL600 AMG, now my current SL65 AMG I have been very, very happy with the service I receive. Maria is the first person that you are greeted with and it makes for the best experience ever, and she is now joined by her sister, Daisy also very pleasant to talk to and very professional too. Ian Lebby (Owner) has taken care of two of my cars so far and I always feel that I am treated very professionally, talks to me very directly, explains all that is to be done and what is needed. I never feel that I am forced to buy/fix things that do not need it. I feel that I am receiving the best product and workmanship for my car. Their commitment to excellence and getting the job to perfection is always guaranteed. I trust them implicitly and they do take care of my car as if it were their own. It is very obvious that they take great pride in the work that is performed there. Ian runs a very, very professional staff, office personnel, and he also takes time out to talk with you if you have any questions. The best part is I don't have to drive very far from Discovery Bay to Oakley for my car repairs/maintenance. That is a HUGE plus. Second, prices are more than reasonable, and always feel I am given the best options and if you need transportation to and from - that is taken care of too !!!Thank you all at East Bay Autohaus !!!

These guys have done A LOT of work on my Mercedes GL350 which I drive extensively. Always great service for substantially less than what the dealers charge. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great labor rates that make it worth driving a little further to get to their shop. I'll take a pass on the fancy dealer lobby and service / sales manager. I get the same or better quality repairs for less.

This past summer, I took a road trip through California with a friend of mine. One morning, about halfway through our 3 week trip, my car wouldn't start. We had it towed to East Bay Autohaus, where they replaced my starter and battery. I had no problem starting my car for the rest of the trip, and I have had no problems with it since then. The service was fantastic, and everyone was friendly and honest. I was also assured that the parts used to repair my car were dealer parts and they offered me a 3 year warranty. I am very pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend them, especially to Mercedes drivers.
