I have been coming to EB Autohaus since 2015 (when it was Obsidian Motors) it was also a great company. My first SL600 AMG, now my current SL65 AMG I have been very, very happy with the service I receive. Maria is the first person that you are greeted with and it makes for the best experience ever, and she is now joined by her sister, Daisy also very pleasant to talk to and very professional too. Ian Lebby (Owner) has taken care of two of my cars so far and I always feel that I am treated very professionally, talks to me very directly, explains all that is to be done and what is needed. I never feel that I am forced to buy/fix things that do not need it. I feel that I am receiving the best product and workmanship for my car. Their commitment to excellence and getting the job to perfection is always guaranteed. I trust them implicitly and they do take care of my car as if it were their own. It is very obvious that they take great pride in the work that is performed there. Ian runs a very, very professional staff, office personnel, and he also takes time out to talk with you if you have any questions. The best part is I don't have to drive very far from Discovery Bay to Oakley for my car repairs/maintenance. That is a HUGE plus. Second, prices are more than reasonable, and always feel I am given the best options and if you need transportation to and from - that is taken care of too !!!Thank you all at East Bay Autohaus !!!

These guys have done A LOT of work on my Mercedes GL350 which I drive extensively. Always great service for substantially less than what the dealers charge. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great labor rates that make it worth driving a little further to get to their shop. I'll take a pass on the fancy dealer lobby and service / sales manager. I get the same or better quality repairs for less.

This past summer, I took a road trip through California with a friend of mine. One morning, about halfway through our 3 week trip, my car wouldn't start. We had it towed to East Bay Autohaus, where they replaced my starter and battery. I had no problem starting my car for the rest of the trip, and I have had no problems with it since then. The service was fantastic, and everyone was friendly and honest. I was also assured that the parts used to repair my car were dealer parts and they offered me a 3 year warranty. I am very pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend them, especially to Mercedes drivers.

Great service appt. today. Had full service B done and brakes all around and saved hundreds from the dealer quote. I would recommend anyone with a Mercedes to use this wonderful shop...folks there are very nice too. I was not expecting my car to be washed and interior cleaned, but it was :) :) :)

East Bay Autohaus is on it when it comes to crossing Ts and dotting Is. Technicians are well trained and perform superb work. Yes, technicians, not just mechanics when it comes to this shop. I told him about an issue I had which was more customer service related than work and he explained the misunderstanding which I can't help but really respect a business that cares about its customers. I'm glad I found this shop in the East Bay. I will undoubtedly be going back for my next service or repair. Thanks again Ian

Took my S550 for brakes after Pleasanton Mercedes dealers quoting me huge price about what needs to be done when I just got my major car service by and Mercedes shop three weeks prior... but stop by to change my front pads, they want to sell me all kind of stuff, look my car ride a new... Talking to a friend he told me about east bay Autohaus, called him up and went there, to my surprise he put my car up and change my brakes with a much sweeter price and original parts from dealers and I was on my way in an hour... Best of all the customer service was the fabulous. I'm always coming back from now on...

I have an older E class(2001) and I need it to be serviced. I love my baby, even though it has nearly 200k, and I only wanted someone that works on Mercedes only. I was able to leave the car at the shop, while I went on vacation with my g/f who lives in Brentwood. I was emailed with what it needed, and told them to go ahead. Who knew that spark plugs and motor mounts made THAT much of a difference. I had to pop the hood to see if the car was running. Thanks guys!
